What we've been eating and making at home during COVID quarantine

Being at home more often has led us to have more time to make home made food - which is great by the way! To be honest Eric does most of the intense pan cooking, because I can't handle when I cook and hot oil attacks me. I try my best to be helpful in the kitchen....But I do have some dishes I can make!

Anyways, we collaborate during food preparations. I like efficiency, so when Eric is doing most of the cooking, I pull my weight by chopping ingredients and washing used utensils and plates. I would say that most of my dishes are the "set it and forget it" kind, which is usually baked salmon, steak, ribs, chicken, hot pot - no hot oil to attack me.

Well enough of me trying to give excuses to why Eric does most of the heavy duty cooking, like frying chicken, and let's get on to the actual dishes. This post just gives an introduction to the dishes, but I will be sharing the ingredients and processes in posts that I will be publishing gradually. Look forward to them!
